How LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE A SUIT?

Due to the highly customised nature of our production techniques. We can have the suit created and in your hands in approximately 6 weeks from payment of a 50% deposit. However, in some circumstances it can be earlier so please still enquire if you are short on time.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO PAY FOR A TWO PIECE SUIT?

Please refer to our price list where we have given an indication as to what the average price is you will pay for every type of garment we offer. Due to the highly customisable nature of the garments we produce we may sometimes need to price outside of our price lists depending on the requirement of the client.

IF i gain size in the proximity of purchasing a suit can it be altered?

We anticipate fluctuations in weight etc and therefore include enough fabric internally to the suit in order to go one size up. The benefit of having a professional tailor inhouse is that we can also undertake the alterations.

dO YOU OFFER ALTERATIONS?

Yes. We currently offer professional undertaken alterations to our existing clients. Please feel free to bring along relevant garments to the consultation. For a guide on pricing please refer to our price list.

What is your return and refund policy?

Here at Henri X we are passionate about providing a service and product our clients can recommend us on. Due to the high level of customisation on our garments we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. If the fit is not to the clients liking we can always alter to ensure it is.
